The Teaching and Research Staff (PDI) of the Faculty of Biology is in charge of teaching the different official degrees of the Faculty
The Teaching Staff of the Faculty of Biology comprises more than 80 permanent professors; 17% Professors, 50% Associate Professors and 18% Assistant Professors. All these teachers have a doctoral degree and they are uniquely linked to the University. The staff is completed with 1 Associate and around 20 research-assistants recruited by several entities (Ramón y Cajal, Xunta, predoctoral contracts, etc.).
